● Shipping Fee: PKR 350 per order

● Delivery Partners: We collaborate with trusted carriers such as DHL, SkyNet, or UPS, depending on the destination.
● Shipping Fees: USD 35–42, depending on your country and parcel weight. Charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
● Payment Requirement: Full advance payment is required for all international orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Clearance
● Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance charges in their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
● Customs authorities in your country will contact you regarding any charges. Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in your parcel being held, returned, or destroyed. Era cannot be held liable for such outcomes.

● Era is not liable for parcels damaged, delayed, or destroyed during shipping or customs processing.

● For local deliveries, you will typically receive your order within a few days of dispatch.
● International delivery times vary based on location, customs clearance, and carrier performance.
● Exchange orders will only be processed after the original item is physically received by Era.
