Do You Have a Store or Studio?

Not at the moment. Era is an online brand — all our collections are available exclusively through our website and Instagram. This helps us stay close to our community and deliver directly from our studio to your doorstep.

Can I Request a Custom Design or Personalization?

Each Era piece is carefully designed and produced in limited quantities, so we’re unable to offer full customizations or new reproductions. Our focus is on maintaining the originality and quality of every design.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Timelines vary by product category:

●  Ready stock: Ships within 2 working days.

●   Casuals: Usually dispatched within 10–12 working days after your order is
confirmed.

●  Silks & Formals: Require 3–4 weeks for dispatch after confirmation.

If you don’t receive your confirmation within 48 hours, kindly WhatsApp us at +92 [number] with your payment reference or transfer slip to ensure your order is processed.

How Do I Place an Order?

You can shop directly through our
website — simply add your selections to cart and proceed to checkout.

What If My Size Is Out of Stock?

Our fabrics and embroideries are
often limited-run, which means once a design sells out, we usually cannot
recreate it. We recommend joining our newsletter or following us on Instagram
to stay updated on restocks or new launches.

How Can I Check My Size?

Finding your perfect fit is easy.
Each product page has a ‘Size Guide’
button with detailed measurements.

For extra clarity, you can always reach out to our team before ordering — we’ll
gladly help you pick the right size for your comfort and style.

Do You Offer Alterations?

We currently don’t alter outfits before dispatch, so please double-check your chosen size.

However, if you need adjustments after receiving your order (for instance, resizing or shortening), you can send it back to us. Alteration services are available at a surcharge of PKR 4,000, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Kindly note that altered or length-customized pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Confirmation?

Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Length adjustments, if required, must be requested at the time of order confirmation only.
