If, however, something isn’t quite right, we offer an exchange policy to ensure your experience remains smooth and satisfying.

Eligibility for Exchange

An item can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided it is:

        Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached

        Returned in original packaging

        Being exchanged for one of the following reasons:

o    Incorrect size, colour, or SKU received

o    Manufacturing defect or damage in the product

Please note that sale, discounted, and customized items are not eligible for exchange or return.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly include your order number, item details, and reason for exchange. Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Shipping & Handling

All shipping and handling costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your returned item reaches our studio, it will be inspected, and upon approval, your exchange will be processed.

Processing Time

We aim to process all exchanges within 4–6 working days of receiving the returned item.
During peak seasons, processing may take up to 10–12 working days.

Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our fabrics and colours as accurately as possible. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural dyeing process of our textiles.

International Orders

For international clients, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us through WhatsApp or email, and our team will do their best to assist you.
All international shipping charges (both ways) must be covered by the customer.

Final Note

We don’t offer refunds at this time. Exchanges can only be made for eligible products, as outlined above.
